At Luyrn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund and return options:
1. Return Eligibility
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customized or personalized items (especially machinery and equipment) are non-refundable unless defective.
2. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Machinery & Equipment
- Prices listed for machinery and equipment are reference prices and may vary based on actual customization requirements.
- Custom machinery orders require a written agreement. Cancellation terms are specified in the agreement.
- Returns for machinery are accepted only if the product does not match the agreed specifications.
5. Exchanges
- We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
