Frequently Asked Questions

Direct answers to the questions international B2B buyers ask us before placing an order — pricing, MOQ, lead times, shipping, warranty, certification and OEM customization.

Ordering & MOQ

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a machine order?

We accept single-unit orders for sample evaluation — you can buy one machine to test before committing to a volume programme.

For regular procurement the recommended minimum is 2–4 units, because a fuller container lowers the ocean-freight cost per machine. Mixed-model containers are fully supported, so you can combine different excavator, forklift or tractor models — and add attachments — in one shipment.

How do I get a price, and how fast will I receive it?

Send us the model, quantity and destination port. Our sales team replies within 1 business day with FOB Qingdao pricing and shipping options; a detailed quotation including production timeline and shipping schedule is normally issued within 24 hours.

Prices are quoted per project rather than published on the website, because configuration (engine brand, cabin type, attachment package, paint and branding) materially changes the FOB price.

What payment terms do you offer?

Payment terms are agreed per order and stated in writing on the proforma invoice before any payment is made. Tell us the structure you work with and we will confirm what we can match.

Do you sell to end users and to dealers / rental fleets?

Both. Our buyers include distributors and importers, equipment rental fleets, construction contractors, mining operators, agricultural estates and government infrastructure projects. Dealer and fleet programmes can include private-label branding and priority spare-parts allocation.

Production & Lead Time

How long is production lead time after placing an order?

15–20 working days for standard models from PO confirmation. Custom-configuration orders and larger quantities typically require 25–35 working days.

How long does ocean freight take to my port?

  • Southeast Asia / Middle East: 15–25 days
  • Europe: 25–35 days
  • South America / Africa: 30–45 days

Transit times are indicative and confirmed against the actual sailing schedule at the time of booking.

Can small machines fit in a container without disassembly?

Yes. The 1–3 tonne mini excavator class fits in a 20 ft container without disassembly, which is a significant logistics cost advantage for import buyers. Forklifts, tractors and loaders are shipped per machine dimension — we confirm the loading plan and container count with your quotation.

Shipping & Documentation

What shipping terms do you work on?

FOB Qingdao is our standard term, with CIF and DDP available to 80+ ports worldwide. The port of Qingdao gives access to a full range of mainline and feeder services for Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia.

What documents ship with each machine?

  • CE Declaration of Conformity
  • ISO 9001:2015 quality management documentation
  • Noise emission test report
  • Hydraulic pressure test certificate
  • Pre-delivery inspection report, traceable to the machine serial number
  • Operator manual, parts catalogue and service manual
  • Commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin

Documentation is issued in English and can be provided in Spanish, French or Arabic on request.

Do you help with import compliance in my market?

Yes. We generate CE technical files and EPA compliance documentation, and issue country-specific import documentation for the destination market. Our team is experienced in export documentation and container-loading logistics for international B2B buyers.

Warranty & Spare Parts

What warranty do your machines carry?

All LUYRN machines carry a 12-month or 2,000 operating-hour warranty, whichever comes first. Warranty terms are stated in the sales contract and listed on the machine documentation.

How fast can I get spare parts?

We maintain a dedicated parts warehouse holding 5,000+ SKUs. Parts orders ship within 48 hours via DHL or FedEx express, or can be consolidated with your next machine shipment to save freight.

Every machine is delivered with a complete parts catalogue including exploded diagrams and part numbers — no guesswork when you need a replacement.

For how long will parts remain available?

We support our machines with parts availability well beyond the warranty period and will confirm the specific commitment for your model in writing with your quotation.

Quality & Certifications

What certifications do your machines hold?

  • CE — European Union machinery conformity
  • ISO 9001:2015 — quality management system
  • ISO 14001 — environmental management system
  • EPA — US emissions compliance documentation for North American shipments
  • SGS — third-party inspection
  • CCC — China Compulsory Certification

Certificate copies and third-party inspection reports are available on request for verification before you place an order.

What testing does each machine go through before shipment?

  • Incoming material inspection
  • Structural welding inspection, including ultrasonic flaw detection on critical welds
  • Full-cycle hydraulic pressure test — cylinder drift, relief-valve settings and flow rate logged for your records
  • Final run-in test covering travel, swing, dig and attachment cycling, recorded on video
  • 47-point final inspection
  • Pre-delivery inspection report issued against the machine serial number

You can request your machine’s test video together with the purchase order.

Which engines and hydraulic components are used?

Machines are assembled with imported core components — Kubota and Yanmar engines and Rexroth hydraulic systems, with Cummins, Parker and Kawasaki options available. Engine brand and hydraulic-component list are confirmed on the specification sheet and can be requested before you commit.

OEM / ODM Customization

Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes — we are a manufacturer, not a trading company, so customization is done in our own facility rather than subcontracted.

  • Private-label branding — your logo on the machine body, operator manual and packaging. No minimum order quantity for basic branding.
  • Custom paint — over 200 RAL colour codes held in our paint inventory.
  • Configuration — engine brand, track width (rubber or steel), cabin type (canopy or enclosed with air conditioning), auxiliary hydraulic line count and attachment packages.
  • Documentation — CE technical files and country-specific export documentation in English, Spanish, French or Arabic.

Can I order attachments together with the machine?

Yes, and we recommend it. Ordering attachments with the base machine saves a separate shipment and ensures full compatibility testing before dispatch. Available attachments include hydraulic breakers (hammers), screening buckets, hydraulic quick couplers, rippers, grapples and auger drives — all on standard pin-on or quick-coupler interfaces, pressure- and flow-matched to the host machine’s auxiliary hydraulic circuit.

Company & Factory Visits

What machines does LUYRN manufacture?

Three core lines, manufactured in our own facility:

  • Excavators — 1 t to 26 t, including mini crawler excavators, small and medium crawler excavators, and wheel excavators.
  • Forklifts — 1 t to 10 t capacity, in both electric (LiFePO4 battery) and diesel versions.
  • 4WD agricultural tractors — 70 hp to 200 hp, for farm, orchard, vineyard and greenhouse work.

We also build wheel loaders, skid steer loaders, road rollers and mining equipment.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer. LUYRN was founded in 2004 as a hydraulic components manufacturer, expanded into complete machine assembly in 2009, and has been exporting complete equipment since obtaining CE certification in 2013. Annual production capacity is 3,000+ units, supported by an in-house engineering team of 45+ engineers specialising in hydraulic systems, structural design and engine integration.

Can I visit the factory before placing an order?

Yes — and we encourage it. A factory visit lets you inspect the production line, test-drive machines, review quality records and meet the team. We provide invitation letters for visa applications, arrange airport pickup, and have English-, Spanish- and Arabic-speaking staff available.

Where are you located, and which port do you ship from?

Our office is in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China, and all shipments depart from the Port of Qingdao.

Which email address should I use?

Still Have a Question?
